SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT
One of the main goals of the European Union is the dissapearance of frontiers. This allows students and workers to carry on their activities in any of the European countries. Nowadays this is becoming a serious option for many people who are unemployed due to the current crisis in Europe, and who are using their now free time to continue studying in order to be able to get a job. But in many countries, the adventure of finding a job is getting more and more difficult and many people of varying degrees of education are thinking about looking for a job in another country in need of a wider workforce. To reach this goal, centres from very different fields (a University, an NGO, a District National Education Directorate, and an Adult Education Provider) will cooperate, with their own experience and knowledge, to find solutions to the increasing problem of unemployment from different approaches: academical, laboral, administrative, social, etc.
This will be very useful for learners who will be given the possibility to improve their awareness and competences about the European labour market, as well as their knowledge about other countries and cultures. Students will also be encouraged to find appropiate motivating mechanisms to take up educational efforts as well as ensuring authentic intercultural approach of the training provision. In the same way, the staff participating in the project will widen their comprehension of the laboral situation in their own, and in other possible reception countries. In the same way, it will enhance learners to develop tools and generate new skills, and contribute to their own personal growth. The title of the project reflects the teams' aim of inspiring tutors and learners to work with all the existing possibilities in the European context.
